You'll join a practice navigating one of the most technically demanding moments in its history: the shift to Agentforce delivery at enterprise scale, in regulated industries, in Spanish.\nAs a TA, you own the technical design for your workstream or project. You'll define solution architecture within a defined scope across Salesforce implementations, guiding delivery teams from discovery through go-live, while acting as a trusted technical reference for customer stakeholders - with support from Senior Technical Architects on the most complex, multi-cloud or highest-risk decisions.\nWhat You'll Actually Be Doing:\nArchitect & Lead\nOwn solution architecture for a project or workstream, typically single-cloud or dual-cloud (e.g. Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, Agentforce), escalating multi-cloud or enterprise-wide decisions to a Senior Technical Architect\nContribute to technical strategy and design standards, following architecture governance set by senior architects\nParticipate in architecture review boards, presenting and defending design options\nBe the first line of resolution for technical problems on an engagement, escalating the toughest ones\nIntegrate & Engineer\nDesign integration patterns using REST/SOAP APIs and, with guidance, event-driven approaches (Platform Events) and middleware (MuleSoft, Dell Boomi)\nWrite and review code in Apex and LWC, with working familiarity in at least one general-purpose language (Python or JavaScript/Node.js) for scripting or lightweight tooling\nDesign data models and transformations: SQL/SOQL, JSON/XML\nContribute to conversations about the broader technology stack (ERP, CRM, cloud platforms) when Salesforce needs to integrate with it, partnering with senior architects on the harder calls\nAdvise & Influence\nBe a reliable technical point of contact for customer IT teams and project stakeholders, translating requirements into solution design\nSupport and co-lead technical discovery workshops\nProduce core architecture artefacts: solution design documents, data models, integration diagrams\nSupport Sales and pre-sales with technical input on new opportunities when needed\nEnable & Grow\nFollow and reinforce technical best practices across the Iberia practice\nMentor Technical Consultants, helping them grow their design skills\nPursue certifications and continuous learning aligned with the team's practice areas (Agentforce, Data Cloud, AI)\nParticipate in tech club sessions and internal demos\nYou're Our Person If...\n5+ years of hands-on Salesforce implementation experience, including some time contributing to architecture or technical design, in a consulting or professional services environment\nSolid coding background: Apex, LWC, REST/SOAP integrations - not just declarative configuration\nWorking familiarity with at least one general-purpose programming language (Python, JavaScript/TypeScript, or equivalent)\nExperience delivering Salesforce projects from discovery through go-live, ideally on at least one multi-cloud program as a contributor\nComfortable discussing integration and data architecture beyond the CRM layer, with support from senior architects on the hardest calls\nGood communicator, able to work directly with customer IT stakeholders and project teams\nPractical experience using AI tools in daily work (e.g. Copilot/Agentforce-style coding assistants, ChatGPT/Claude for drafting, research or problem-solving)\nFluent in Spanish and English (Portuguese is a plus for our Iberia coverage)\nSalesforce Platform Developer I certified, and working towards an Application Architect or System Architect certification; at least one Cloud Consultant certification is a plus\nEven Better If...\nActively pursuing Salesforce Application Architect or System Architect certification\nExposure to Agentforce, Data Cloud, or Field Service Lightning\nBackground in software engineering, computer science, or a related technical discipline\nFamiliarity with CI/CD pipelines and version control (Git) applied to Salesforce programs\nCuriosity about LLM APIs (OpenAI, Anthropic, etc.) and AI-augmented solutions\nSome exposure to enterprise integration patterns and iPaaS platforms (MuleSoft, Dell Boomi)\nExperience in regulated industries: financial services, energy, life sciences, or public sector\nFamiliarity with Veeva Systems (CRM or Vault) in Life Sciences contexts\nUnleash Your Potential\nWhen you join Salesforce, you’ll be limitless in all areas of your life.
