The Global Brand & Creative team within Marketing is responsible for our brand and marketing creative. From building brand awareness campaigns to designing experiences like Dreamforce, our multifaceted team does it all. We are a collection of creative visionaries,craftspeople, storytellers, strategists, producers, and more, whose sole purpose is to bring the brand to life across our incredible portfolio of work.
About the role
The Web Production Designer supports the creation and delivery of Salesforce web experiences across product, campaign, and industry teams on Salesforce.com. This role focuses on turning approved briefs, content, and creative direction into accurate, production-ready web designs and assets. The ideal candidate is highly skilled in Figma, understands modular web systems and CMS constraints, and has experience working with website UI.
A successful Web Production Designer can take a project brief and creative direction and independently turn it into polished, technically accurate, web-ready work with minimal rework. The role requires strong design judgment, but its primary focus is execution, consistency, scalability, and production excellence.
What you will do
Build and maintain production-ready web page mockups in Figma.
Translate briefs, wireframes, content matrices, and creative direction into complete page layouts.
Create and adapt product UI imagery, feature graphics, marquee assets, and supporting web visuals.
Work within established Salesforce design systems, templates, components, and brand guidelines.
Prepare optimized web assets and final production files for implementation.
Review project inputs for completeness and flag gaps before production begins.
Maintain organized Figma files, source assets, naming conventions, and version control.
Partner with Art Directors, PMMs, copywriters, project managers, and web publishing teams to ensure accurate handoffs and efficient production.
What experience you have
Advanced proficiency in Figma.
Experience in web, digital, or production design within a structured design system.
Strong understanding of responsive web design, reusable components, and modular page systems.
Working knowledge of CMS or page-builder environments.
Experience creating or adapting product UI imagery for marketing.
Strong attention to detail and production accuracy.
Ability to manage multiple projects and revisions in a high-volume environment.
Experience or exposure to AI design tools (Figma Make, Weave, Webflow).
Experience supporting enterprise or large-scale marketing websites.
Familiarity with web asset optimization and formats such as WEBP.
Experience with product storytelling, basic motion graphics, or UI-focused creative.
