You'll help gather and clarify requirements from enterprise clients, work hands-on with the system, and dive into data and dashboards — growing step by step into a full business analyst role on projects for market leaders in FMCG, Agro and Finance. \n\nMain Responsibilities \n\nGet familiar with existing system logic and handle simple to medium configuration tasks based on defined specs \n\nVerify that configured scenarios actually work from the end-user's perspective \n\nHelp gather and clarify requirements from clients — ask the right follow-up questions when a task is underspecified \n\nUnderstand the business problem behind each request and connect it to process, users, or expected outcome \n\nWork with analytical data: navigate large data volumes, build and read dashboards \n\nProvide realistic time estimates for tasks and own those estimates \n\nDocument what was done and flag open questions \n\nCommunicate calmly and clearly with clients and the internal team \n\nRequirements \n\nAnalytical thinking — experience working with large data volumes, ability to navigate and draw conclusions from data \n\nExperience working with dashboards and analytics tools \n\nAbility to give realistic estimates on tasks \n\nAttention to detail and independence \n\nWillingness to ask questions when something's unclear, rather than guessing \n\nBasic technical background, ideally with some exposure to CRM configuration \n\nComfortable working directly with business users \n\nNice to Have \n\nExperience configuring CRM/BPM/ERP or low-code/no-code systems (Creatio/Terrasoft is a plus) \n\nBackground as a junior BA, functional consultant, CRM consultant, or implementation specialist \n\nUnderstanding of sales, service, or document workflow processes
