Our services span project and construction management, infrastructure planning and design, technical consultancy and digital solutions, working with public authorities, international institutions and private clients across all phases of project delivery.\nWe are seeking an experienced MEP Engineer to join our team, with a primary focus on Quality Assurance and Quality Control (QA/QC) to join our project team in Spata, Attica and support the delivery of of amajor long-term development project, one of the country's most significant and technically challenging infrastructure investments.\nKey Responsibilities\nPerform QA/QC inspections and audits for MEP works during all construction phases.\nReview and approve method statements, inspection and test plans (ITPs), material submittals, and shop drawings related to MEP systems.\nMonitor installation, testing, and commissioning of mechanical, electrical, and plumbing systems to ensure compliance with project specifications, codes, and international standards.\nIdentify non-conformities, issue NCRs, and follow up on corrective and preventive actions.\nCoordinate closely with contractors, supervision teams, designers, and client representatives to resolve technical and quality-related issues.\nMaintain QA/QC documentation, inspection records, test reports, and quality logs.\nSupport project management teams with technical input and risk mitigation related to MEP quality.\nParticipate in site meetings and provide expert advice on construction quality matters.\nQualifications\nUniversity degree in Mechanical Engineering.\nMSc degree will be considered a plus.\nMinimum of 8 years of professional experience in construction projects.\nProven experience in QA/QC for MEP works, preferably on large-scale or complex infrastructure/building projects.\nStrong knowledge of MEP systems, construction methodologies, and quality control procedures.\nFamiliarity with international standards (e.g. ISO, ASHRAE, BS, EN) and relevant local regulations.\nFluency in Greek and English (written and spoken).\nExcellent analytical, organizational, and reporting skills.\nHigh attention to detail and ability to work independently while collaborating effectively with multidisciplinary teams.\nBenefits\nCompetitive salary.\nOpportunity to work with a leading engineering and management consultancy in Greece.\nProfessional growth opportunities.\nCollaborative work environment with high-profile infrastructure projects.\nPlease note that for transparency and equity reasons, only those applications made online via our site will be assessed.
