Our services span project and construction management, infrastructure planning and design, technical consultancy and digital solutions, working with public authorities, international institutions and private clients across all phases of project delivery.\nWe are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Tenders Coordinator to join our team and support the preparation, coordination, and submission of competitive proposals for public and private sector projects.The successful candidate will have relevant experience within an engineering or consulting environment, a strong understanding of Greek public procurement procedures, and the ability to manage multiple tender submissions in a fast-paced, deadline-driven setting.\nBeyond experience, we are looking fora reliable and collaborative professional who can take ownership of tender submissions, coordinate effectively with multiple stakeholders and transform complex requirements into clear, compliant and compelling proposals.\nKey Responsibilities\nManage the full tender lifecycle, from the receipt and review of RFP and tender documents through proposal preparation, submission, clarifications and support until contract award.\nReview, interpret, and analyse tender requirements, ensuring full compliance with administrative, financial and technical criteria.\nCoordinate and consolidate input from internal departments, including technical, financial, legal and quality.\nLiaise effectively with external partners, joint venture members, and subcontractors to collect and incorporate technical and commercial inputs.\nPrepare and compile the administrative documentation, declarations, forms and supporting evidence required for tender submissions.\nContribute to the drafting and development of technical proposals, methodologies, work plans, project references and CVs experts.\nMonitor deadlines, submission requirements, and clarification processes to ensure timely and compliant tender delivery.\nMaintain and regularly update the company’s tender documentation archive, credentials database and knowledge library.\nPrepare professional presentations and high-quality materials in support of tendering and business development activities\nQualifications\nUniversity Degree in Engineering; a Master’s degree will be considered an asset.\nMinimum 3 years of professional experience in tenders/proposals preparation within an engineering or consulting environment.\nStrong knowledge and hands-on experience with Greek public procurement legislation (N. 4412/2016) and public procurement platforms (ESIDIS / ESHDHS).\nExcellent command of Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.\nFluency in Greek and English (written and oral).\nStrong analytical capabilities and exceptional attention to detail.\nExcellent organizational and time-management skills, with proven ability to meet strict deadlines and manage multiple tenders simultaneously.\nStrong presentation skills with experience in preparing and delivering compelling client presentations.\nStrong communication skills and ability to work both independently and as part of a team.\nProactive mindset, problem-solving attitude, and commitment to high-quality deliverables.\nBenefits\nCompetitive salary.\nChance to work in one of the country's leading companies in engineering & management sector.\nOpportunity for professional growth.\nWorking in a collaborative environment on exceptional team projects.\nPlease note that for transparency and equity reasons, only those applications made online via our site will be assessed.
