Visit www.saliense.com to learn more.\nThere are many more - connect with us to get a preview of the full benefits package.\nRequired Experience:\n10+ years of experience supporting SRMA with strategic planning, facilitation services, sector outreach, and performance management and assessments.\n7+ years managing large-scale, cross-functional programs from initiation through closeout, with a track record of delivering on scope, schedule, and budget.\nTechnical expertise in National Critical Infrastructure Protection policy and strategy as well as, State/local government critical infrastructure program operations and structures.\nDemonstrated ability to build and maintain relationships with senior executives, clients, and delivery teams; skilled at translating technical complexity into clear, decision-ready communication\nProactive approach to identifying risks, developing mitigation strategies, and resolving issues before they escalate to keep programs on track in ambiguous or fast-changing environments.\nExperience establishing program governance structures, defining KPIs, and producing executive-level status reports, dashboards, and risk registers.\nEstablish and maintain technical and financial reports that clearly demonstrate progress of projects to management.\nAbility to connect day-to-day execution to organizational strategy, identify dependencies across initiatives, and influence prioritization decisions at the portfolio level.\nQualifications\nEducation: Bachelor's Degree\nCertifications: PMP Certification\nClearance: TS/SCI\nSalary Range: $210,000 - $230,000\nThe salary range listed for this position is based on multiple factors, including relevant years of experience, education, certifications, specialized skills, security clearance level, and overall alignment with the role’s requirements.
