This is a hands-on role for someone who can operate comfortably in technical conversations and bring structure to fast-moving work.\nWhat You’ll Own\nPlans for key Taylor initiatives: scope, milestones, dependencies, risks, and status\n\nReliability, performance, and scalability work tied to customer launch timelines\n\nIntake, triage, and ownership for customer requests and field fixes across FDE and product engineering\n\nFeature planning, release readiness, and launch checklists\n\nAlignment between customer commitments and engineering delivery\n\nRepeatable customer onboarding and go-live playbooks\n\nWhat You Bring\nExperience running complex technical programs across multiple engineering teams\n\nTechnical depth in production systems, such as APIs, distributed systems, or data pipelines\n\nStrong judgment around prioritization, risks, and tradeoffs\n\nAbility to align teams with competing priorities without formal authority\n\nComfort moving quickly and making decisions with incomplete information\n\nNice to Have\nReliability, performance, or scalability program experience\n\nEnterprise implementation or customer launch experience\n\nExperience with AI agent products or regulated industries\n\nClear, concise written communication\n\nAt Salient, we’re building at the edge of AI - fast, focused, and with real ownership.
