This includes work with student support initiatives and outreach.\nAuthority and Accountability\nThis position would not have any supervisory or budgetary responsibilities.\nRequired/Minimum Qualifications\nBachelor's Degree with 1 - 3 years' experience in academic advising, student affairs, or related area\nDetail oriented with excellent customer service, organization and planning, prioritization, problem solving, follow through, time management, and oral and written communication skills. \n Flexible with the ability to handle multiple tasks/projects simultaneously, work well under pressure, and work independently and in a team-oriented environment.\nPreferred Qualifications\nMaster's Degree in Higher Education, College Student Development, Counseling or related field\nExperience with PeopleSoft, EAB Student Success Collaborative, and College Scheduler.\nAdditional Job Information:\nThe position is a full-time, exempt state role with comprehensive benefits.\nPriority will be given to applicants who apply by September 11, 2026.
