As a top 10 UK facilities management company, we combine expert service delivery, innovative technology, and a commitment to doing the right thing to create exceptional workplaces across the UK.\nWe're looking for a skilled and customer-focused Mobile Maintenance Engineer to join our team, supporting a portfolio of commercial properties across Newcastle and the surrounding region.\nPrinciple Duties and Responsibilities\nEnsure the highest standards and Salisbury competencies are delivered and demonstrated.\nDeliver Portfolio PPM and minor works.\nEnsure the Client, Customer and Team are ‘kept in the loop’ through feedback and regular updates\nContribute to the delivery of a quality service, aiming for 100% satisfaction of the Customer\nProvide technical support, advice and guidance to the Customer and Team\nEnsure best value for money to the Client by ensuring accuracy within the Team by checking resource and materials are suitable to effectively deliver the service\nReport on performance to your Technical Service Manager.\nEnsure safe delivery of all Salisbury works, including those of our service partners\nProduce details of time and materials required for any minor works for quoting purposes.\nLiaise with Account Support, Lead Engineers & Managers, and with Sub-Contractors to deliver work to the highest standard within SLA, as required.\nBuild and foster relationships with the Client, Customer, other Salisbury colleagues\nEnsure Maximo system is constantly updated via your issued tablet and that all time is accounted for on the generated timesheet.\nTake ownership of the standard of work delivered ensuring exceptional service to the customer.\nCover all call out responsibilities out of hours when rostered.\nAbout You\nMinimum Qualifications, Certifications and Training required\nCity & Guilds or equivalent qualifications\nCity & Guilds BS7671 18th Edition Wiring Regulations\nCity & Guilds 2391 Test and Inspect Electrical Qualification or equivalent (Desirable)\nFull Driving License\nEssential Knowledge, Skills and Experience for this role\nGood understanding of modern office software.
