Working within a live enterainment environment requires professionalism, attention to detail, and pride in delivering high-quality workmanship. Every repair, inspection, and maintenance task contributes directly to the smooth operation of some of London's most renowned venues.
Experience within a theatre, entertainment, hospitality, or high-profile customer environment would be highly advantageous.
The Role
As a Maintenance Operative, you will deliver planned preventative maintenance (PPM), reactive repairs, compliance activities, and minor works across the theatre portfolio. You will build strong relationships with client representatives and theatre teams, ensuring excellent communication and service delivery at every stage.
You will take ownership of your sites, proactively identifying maintenance concerns and escalating issues where required, helping to protect the integrity and reputation of these prestigious venues.

Systems & Coordination
- Accurately manage work orders, asset information, and time records using the Maximo CAFM system.
- Liaise with managers, schedulers, subcontractors, and client representatives to ensure seamless service delivery.
- Support minor works by identifying material and labour requirements where required.
