You will be responsible for ensuring building systems and equipment remain fully operational, safe, and compliant while delivering an exceptional service to the client.\nThis is an excellent opportunity for an experienced engineer who enjoys working across multiple disciplines within a fast-paced facilities management environment.\nKey Responsibilities\nPrinciple Duties and Responsibilities\nEnsure the highest standards and Atlas Workplace Services competencies are delivered and demonstrated.\nDeliver Portfolio PPM and minor works\nEnsure the Client, Customer and Team are ‘kept in the loop’ through feedback and regular updates\nContribute to the delivery of a quality service, aiming for 100% satisfaction of the Customer\nProvide technical support, advice and guidance to the Customer and Team\nEnsure best value for money to the Client by ensuring accuracy within the Team by checking resource and materials are suitable to effectively deliver the service\nReport on performance to your Account / Contract Manager\nEnsure safe delivery of all Atlas Workplace Services works, including those of our service partners\nProduce details of time and materials required for any minor works for quoting purposes.\nLiaise with Account co-ordinators, Schedulers, Management, and Sub-Contractors to deliver work to the highest standard within SLA, as required.\nBuild and foster relationships with the Client, Customer, other Atlas Workplace Services colleagues\nEnsure Maximo system is constantly updated via your issued tablet and that all time is accounted for on the generated timesheet.\nTake ownership of the standard of work delivered ensuring exceptional service to the customer.\nCover all call out responsibilities out of hours when rostered.\nAbout You\nQualification, Certifications and Training\nGCSE in English and Maths or Equivalent\nCity & Guilds / NVQ Level 3 in Mechanical Engineering, HVAC or Building services\nCity & Guilds BS7671 18th Edition Wiring Regulations (Desirable) \nLegionella (L8) trained and competent (Desirable)\nAccredited Health and Safety qualification e.g. IOSH Working Safely or equivalent (Desirable)\nKnowledge, Specific Role Skills and Experience\n1 years’ experience in customer facing outsourcing environment.\nStrong, demonstrable competencies of dealing with building services plant.\nKnowledge and experience operating and adjusting Building Management Systems (BMS) (Desirable)\nKnowledge and experience of working on HVAC systems\n2 years previous experience within similar environment and in particular across area multi sites and multi discipline service delivery.\nBackground in mobile engineering/property maintenance (Desirable)\nExperience of working with asset/work management systems such as MAXIMO / CAFM systems on smartphones.\nAbility to manage priorities in line with business needs\nAbility to turn hand to most activities within a building maintenance environment\nAbout The Company\nAt Atlas Workplace Services, we believe great buildings start with great people.
