You will be responsible for planning, coordinating, executing, and following up on testing efforts while working closely with business stakeholders, developers, product owners, and other teams.\n\nThis role is ideal for someone who thrives in a dynamic environment, can switch context between multiple initiatives during the day, and enjoys taking ownership of quality assurance from requirements through delivery.\n\nWhile the primary focus is manual testing, experience with test automation or a strong interest in helping establish and expand automation capabilities is considered an advantage.\n\n**Key Responsibilities\n\n**Manual Testing\n\nCreate and maintain comprehensive test plans and test strategies.\n\nExecute functional, regression, integration, and end-to-end tests.\n\nValidate user interfaces, user experience, usability, and business workflows.\n\nTest across multiple browsers, devices, systems, and environments.\n\nVerify bug fixes and perform regression testing to ensure overall solution quality.\n\nTest applications, websites, APIs, databases, and system integrations.\n\nUnderstand and validate business requirements, business rules, technical requirements, workflows, and processes.\n\nDocument findings, defects, risks, and recommendations clearly and effectively.\n\nTest Coordination & Stakeholder Management\n\nDrive testing activities across projects and releases.\n\nCoordinate testing efforts with developers, Product Owners, business stakeholders, and external partners.\n\nFacilitate alignment on testing scope, priorities, risks, and release readiness.\n\nEnsure testing activities are tracked, communicated, and followed through to completion.\n\nAutomation (Preferred)\n\nDesign, develop, and maintain automated test scripts.\n\nIdentify suitable test scenarios and processes for automation.\n\nExecute automated test suites and analyse results.\n\nMaintain stable, reusable, and scalable automated tests.\n\nWork with automation frameworks such as Playwright, Selenium, Cypress, or similar tools.\n\nContribute to building and improving the organization's automation capabilities.\n\nQualifications & ExperienceWe are looking for someone who has:\n\nSolid experience in manual software testing.\n\nExperience creating test plans and coordinating testing activities.\n\nStrong understanding of software development lifecycles and quality assurance processes.\n\nExperience testing web applications, APIs, integrations, and backend systems.\n\nKnowledge of, or practical experience working with, ISTQB or TMAP testing frameworks.\n\nExcellent stakeholder management and communication skills.\n\nAbility to independently drive testing activities and follow up on actions.\n\nAbility to manage multiple priorities and switch context when needed.\n\nNice to HaveThe following are considered advantages but are not required:\n\nHands-on experience implementing or expanding test automation.\n\nExperience working within a microservices architecture.\n\nFamiliarity with Postman, Swagger/OpenAPI, and database querying.\n\nUnderstanding of CI/CD pipelines and modern development practices.\n\nCertified in
