US$310M+ raised from leading global investors.\nManila-based, globally distributed, and hybrid-first - our team spans 45+ countries.\nIf you want to solve complex problems at scale and impact how millions of people access and manage money, come build with us.\nSoutheast Asia's fintech moment starts here.\nAbout the role:\nYou'll build the processes and tooling behind client data quality at Salmon - reducing manual work and making Operations' output measurable.\nWhat you'll do:\nOwn client data verification and update processes end-to-end, from diagnosing current gaps to designing and implementing solutions.\n\nBuild and evolve an internal Creatio module from the ground up, used daily by the Operations team.\n\nWork at the intersection of business, technology, and data, with direct influence on operational efficiency, data quality, and automation.\n\nWhat you'll own:\nAnalyze, design, and optimize business processes for manual client data verification and updates.\n\nDevelop the internal Creatio module for Operations: user scenarios, workflow logic, and ongoing improvements.\n\nIdentify bottlenecks, redundant manual work, and opportunities for automation.\n\nGather business requirements, translate them into functional and system requirements, and support implementation with the engineering team.\n\nDefine and track operational metrics - processing speed, queue status, verification status, and process efficiency - using SQL to analyze data and find root causes.\n\nCollaborate with Operations, Compliance, Customer Service, Antifraud, and Engineering to align requirements and build end-to-end processes.\n\nWhat makes you a strong fit:\n3+ years of experience as a Business Analyst, System Analyst, Business Systems Analyst, or similar role.\n\nStrong experience analyzing, designing, and optimizing business processes, including AS-IS/TO-BE mapping, with BPMN or similar visualization tools.\n\nExperience working with internal IT systems: translating business needs into functional and system requirements, and supporting implementation with engineering.\n\nWorking-level SQL: able to independently investigate data, test hypotheses, and find the root causes of issues.\n\nData-driven approach: able to define and analyze operational metrics, assess process efficiency, and propose improvements independently.\n\nWorking English for business communication: able to discuss processes, align requirements, and work with international teams.\n\nWhat we offer:\nOwnership and flexibility\nStock option plan - four-year vesting with a 25% cliff after the first year\n\nFully remote work with core collaboration hours from 12:00 to 6:00 PM Manila time (UTC+8)\n\nCompany-provided tools and equipment\n\nHealth and time off\nMedical insurance support for you and your family through co-funding or reimbursement, depending on your location and subject to policy limits\n\nAccess to an internal mental health support specialist\n\n22 vacation days, Philippine public holidays, and 15 sick days\n\nGrowth and team experience\nOpportunities to learn and share your expertise through internal expert meetups, external conferences, speaking opportunities, and industry publications\n\nCompany-sponsored trips to Manila to meet and work with your team in person\n\nHigh-performing teams can earn a dedicated beach house week in Southeast Asia\n\nWe believe strong teams are built by people with different backgrounds, experiences, and points of view.
