We're backed by world-class investors including the International Finance Corporation (a member of the World Bank Group), Lunate (an investment vehicle affiliated with Abu Dhabi's sovereign wealth fund), and other prominent technology investors from the US, Europe, and the Philippines.\nAbout the role\nYou'll join Group Finance, working across fundraising, investor relations, financial modeling, and corporate development projects.\n\nYou'll operate at the center of how Salmon tells its financial story - to shareholders, prospective investors, and internal stakeholders.\n\nThis role matters because Salmon is scaling fast, and the quality of our financial modeling and reporting directly shapes the decisions investors and leadership make about our next stage of growth.\n\nWhat you'll do\nSupport fundraising, corporate development, and ad-hoc projects, including corporate structuring, commercial partnerships, and M&A.\n\nPrepare regular and ad-hoc business statistics and financial performance reports for shareholders, prospective investors, and internal stakeholders.\n\nMaintain financial models covering business forecasting, valuation, and unit economics analysis.\n\nConduct and maintain macro market research and competitor analysis.\n\nSupport and help oversee special projects as they arise.\n\nWhat we need\nA degree in Finance, Business Management, or Accounting.\n\nAt least 3 years of experience in investment banking, corporate finance, or private equity - or financial advisory at a professional services firm, or a similar capacity in a corporate environment.\n\nAdvanced Excel skills with strong analytical ability.\n\nAbility to turn complex financial information into clear, effective PowerPoint presentations.\n\nSolid grounding in finance and accounting principles.\n\nStrong critical thinking and problem-solving skills, with good judgment under ambiguity.\n\nHigh precision and attention to detail.\n\nCollaborative, with a strong appetite for growth and rigorous self-review.\n\nFluent in English.\n\nGood to have\nExperience working with or within a technology company.\n\nKnowledge of SQL.\n\nCFA designation or progress toward one.\n\nFinancial modeling certification or specialized training.\n\nWhat we offer\nYou'll work at the center of Salmon's growth story, with direct visibility into how the business is funded, valued, and scaled.
