You'll work alongside a team that combines deep local knowledge and experience scaling regulated financial companies from scratch.\nIf you want to solve complex problems at scale and directly impact how millions of people access and manage money, come build with us.\nSoutheast Asia's fintech moment starts here.\nAbout the role\nYou'll own the data layer for Salmon's Collections function - building the models, reports, and datasets that the team depends on to make decisions and track performance.\nWhat you'll do\nWork at the intersection of Collections, Risk, and DWH - building and maintaining the analytical infrastructure that connects raw data to operational decisions.\n\nDevelop and support regular reporting and dashboards covering key Collections metrics; keep them accurate, documented, and useful as the business evolves.\n\nMonitor data quality across sources and calculations, investigate discrepancies independently, and resolve issues before they affect decisions downstream.\n\nWhat you'll own\nBuild and maintain data models and analytical datasets that support Collections operations and reporting.\n\nDevelop new reports and dashboards; support ad-hoc analysis requests from Collections and related functions.\n\nInvestigate data quality issues - identify root causes, not just symptoms - and document findings clearly.\n\nDocument calculation logic, data sources, datasets, and reports so the next person doesn't have to reverse-engineer your work.\n\nWhat makes you a strong fit\n1-2+ years of experience in data, product, risk, or operations analytics.\n\nStrong SQL skills and hands-on experience with large datasets.\n\nExperience building and maintaining data models and regular reporting.\n\nSolid understanding of data quality principles; able to investigate and identify root causes of discrepancies independently.\n\nWillingness to relocate to Manila - a strong advantage.\n\nNice to have\nExperience with Databricks or similar tools.\n\nExperience with dbt or similar data transformation frameworks.\n\nExperience building dashboards in Tableau or similar BI tools.\n\nBackground working with financial or lending data, particularly in Collections or Risk.\n\nWhat we offer\nHybrid-first environment.
