the role\r\nYou'll own quality across customer-facing financial products, covering mobile applications, backend services, and end-to-end user journeys.\n\nWhat you'll work on\r\n\nMobile applications used by customers across Android and iOS platforms\n\nBackend services and APIs that power financial products and customer workflows\n\nProduct features developed by cross-functional teams of mobile and backend engineers\n\nWhat you'll be responsible for\r\n\nOwn end-to-end quality for your product area across mobile applications and backend services\n\nDesign, maintain, and improve test coverage for new and existing features\n\nExtend and maintain test scenarios to ensure reliable release quality\n\nBuild and maintain automated tests across API and mobile layers\n\nPerform manual and exploratory testing where automation coverage is not yet available\n\nInvestigate complex product issues using application logs, traffic analysis tools, and system data\n\nParticipate in test planning, test strategy, and quality assurance processes for new product initiatives\n\nIdentify, document, and track defects, risks, and coverage gaps\n\nWork closely with Engineers, Product Managers, and Designers to maintain quality throughout the development lifecycle\n\nWhat we need\r\n\n3+ years of experience in software testing across both mobile applications and backend systems\n\nExperience testing REST APIs and backend services\n\nConfident knowledge of at least one programming language such as Java, Kotlin, Python, or similar\n\nExperience with mobile testing tools, including Android Studio, Xcode, or device farms\n\nStrong SQL skills, including joins, filtering, and data validation\n\nExperience using traffic analysis and debugging tools such as Charles, Proxyman, Fiddler, or similar\n\nExperience working with test management systems such as TestRail, TestOps, or similar\n\nStrong written communication skills and ability to create clear defect reports and test documentation\n\nGood to have\r\n\nExperience with mobile automation frameworks such as Appium, Espresso, or XCUITest\n\nExperience testing React Native or Flutter applications\n\nExperience building automated API regression tests\n\nExperience testing financial services, lending, banking, or payment products\n\nExperience working with log analysis platforms such as Splunk\n\nExperience using AI tools to improve test coverage, test design, or quality assurance workflows\n\nWillingness to relocate to the
