You'll work closely with marketing, growth, finance, and legal to make sure spend is tracked, vendors are properly onboarded, and budgets are backed by clean, timely data. As we extend these processes beyond Growth & Marketing to teams like Research and HR, you'll help scale that support model across the company.\nWhat you'll do\nOwn expense and vendor records\nManage and maintain accurate expense records across vendors and contractors\n\nCollect, verify, and organize receipts and transaction data from corporate cards\n\nSupport onboarding and contracting of new vendors, ensuring all required documentation is in place\n\nKeep compliance and documentation tight\nCollaborate with finance and legal teams to ensure compliance and proper documentation\n\nTrack contracts and approvals through to completion, flagging gaps before they become problems\n\nContribute to budget planning\nAssist in budget planning and tracking, providing timely data for monthly budget reviews\n\nHelp prepare clear, accurate reporting that finance and marketing leads can act on\n\nWork across teams\nPartner with multiple stakeholders across marketing, growth, and finance in a fast-paced environment\n\nSupport the rollout of shared budgeting, payment, and contracting processes to other teams as the function grows\n\nWhat makes you a strong fit\n1-3 years of experience in finance operations, marketing finance, or a related field\n\nStrong attention to detail and excellent organizational skills\n\nProficiency with spreadsheets (Google Sheets / Excel)\n\nGood communication skills in English, both written and verbal\n\nAbility to work independently and meet deadlines\n\nBonus\nExperience working with marketing teams or agencies\n\nProficiency with AI tools (Claude / ChatGPT)\n\nWhat you're joining\nOur team is the product.
