US$310M+ raised from leading global investors.\nManila-based, globally distributed, and hybrid-first - our team spans 45+ countries.\nIf you want to solve complex problems at scale and impact how millions of people access and manage money, come build with us.\nSoutheast Asia's fintech moment starts here.\nAbout the role:\nYou'll bring structure and clarity to how our Cloud Infrastructure team defines, documents, and aligns requirements across engineering, architecture, and business stakeholders.\nWhat you'll do:\nServe as the connective layer between engineers, architects, product teams, and business stakeholders on cloud infrastructure and internal platform initiatives.\n\nStep into a team where analytical work is currently distributed informally, and help establish it as a dedicated, structured function.\n\nWork across the full lifecycle of infrastructure decisions - from early requirements gathering through documentation of final architecture and process agreements.\n\nWhat you'll own:\nGather, structure, and validate requirements for cloud infrastructure and internal platform services through interviews and working sessions with engineers, architects, product, and business teams.\n\nDocument current and target-state processes, stakeholder roles, and interaction points across infrastructure systems.\n\nIdentify technical dependencies, constraints, risks, and conflicting requirements before they become delivery blockers.\n\nTranslate business needs into clear technical requirements, specifications, use cases, diagrams, and acceptance criteria.\n\nMaintain documentation for processes, systems, integrations, and infrastructure services, and close gaps as you find them.\n\nSupport the breakdown of initiatives into implementation-ready tasks, and document decisions from architectural and technical discussions.\n\nWhat makes you a strong fit:\nExperience as a Systems Analyst, Business Analyst, or Technical Analyst in an engineering or technology environment\n\nStrong skills in requirements elicitation, analysis, structuring, and documentation\n\nGeneral understanding of IT infrastructure, cloud platforms, and distributed systems\n\nExperience describing processes and system interactions using BPMN, UML, C4, or similar methodologies\n\nComfortable working with technical documentation, APIs, integrations, and architecture diagrams\n\nStrong communication skills, with the ability to translate technical topics for non-technical stakeholders\n\nNice to have:\nExperience with AWS, Microsoft Azure, Google Cloud, or another cloud platform\n\nUnderstanding of Infrastructure as Code, CI/CD, DevOps, SRE, and configuration-management principles\n\nFamiliarity with networking, information security, monitoring, and identity and access management\n\nExperience with Jira, Confluence, Miro, Draw.io, PlantUML, or similar tools\n\nExperience with cloud transformation, infrastructure modernization, system migration, or internal platform projects\n\nWhat we offer:\nOwnership and flexibility\nFully remote work with core collaboration hours from 12:00 to 6:00 PM Manila time (UTC+8)\n\nCompany-provided tools and equipment\n\nHealth and time off\nMedical insurance support for you and your family through co-funding or reimbursement, depending on your location and subject to policy limits\n\nAccess to an internal mental health support specialist\n\n22 vacation days, Philippine public holidays, and 15 sick days\n\nGrowth and team experience\nOpportunities to learn and share your expertise through internal expert meetups, external conferences, speaking opportunities, and industry publications\n\nCompany-sponsored trips to Manila to meet and work with your team in person\n\nHigh-performing teams can earn a dedicated beach house week in Southeast Asia\n\nWe believe strong teams are built by people with different backgrounds, experiences, and points of view.
