You'll also lead end-to-end promotional campaigns, from planning and cross-functional coordination through execution and launch.\nWhat you'll do:\nOwn promo and communication requests end-to-end, from brief to launch and result confirmation.\n\nOwn the marketing workflow itself - the Jira board, task breakdown, statuses, deadlines, SLAs, templates, automation, and documentation - not just individual projects.\n\nWork at the intersection of marketing and project/operations management: brief creative functions directly while structuring a complex process with many stakeholders.\n\nWhat you'll own:\nRun the Jira board as the single entry point for promo and communication requests, checking brief completeness, timeline realism, and task accuracy.\n\nBreak requests into subtasks for design, copywriting, CRM, SMM, website, procurement, legal/permits, and other functions, assign owners, and track dependencies.\n\nManage each request end-to-end from brief to delivery/publication and closure, including verifying the actual outcome.\n\nTrack deadlines and real task status, flag risks early, and escalate stalled tasks.\n\nMaintain a single marketing calendar and keep it in sync with Jira to avoid conflicts across timelines, resources, and overlapping campaigns.\n\nDevelop and improve cross-functional processes: SLAs, request templates, checklists, workflows, escalation procedures, documentation, and Jira automation.\n\nWhat makes you a strong fit:\nExperience in marketing, marketing operations, or marketing project management, with a working understanding of how marketing campaigns and communications get launched.\n\nEnd-to-end experience managing projects or marketing requests with many parallel tasks and stakeholders.\n\nStrong cross-functional coordination skills - experience working with creative, business, legal, procurement, CRM/SMM, or similar functions.\n\nStrong structural and process mindset: able to turn a chaotic stream of requests into a clear workflow with defined ownership, timelines, and rules of engagement.\n\nHands-on experience with Jira or similar task/project management systems, including boards, statuses, workflows, and task breakdown.\n\nStrong stakeholder management: able to gather missing information, manage expectations, hold deadlines, and escalate or redirect requests with clear reasoning.\n\nWhat we offer:\nOwnership and flexibility\nStock option plan - four-year vesting with a 25% cliff after the first year\n\nHybrid-first work environment\n\nCompany-provided tools and equipment\n\nOffice in Bonifacio Global City, Manila - a modern, walkable district at the centre of the Philippines' growing tech scene\n\nHealth and time off\nMedical insurance support for you and your family through co-funding or reimbursement, depending on your location and subject to policy limits\n\nAccess to an internal mental health support specialist\n\n22 vacation days, Philippine public holidays, and 15 sick days\n\n105 days of paid maternity leave and up to 14 days of paid paternity leave for employees relocating to Manila\n\nRelocation and family support\nRelocation support for you and your family - including flights, two weeks of accommodation, visas, paperwork, and logistics\n\nReimbursement of eligible pet relocation expenses\n\nUSD 2,500 per year for flights home\n\nBaby and family stipends for employees relocating to Manila: USD 1,000 per month for each child under two and USD 500 per month for each child aged two to 18\n\nGrowth and team experience\nOpportunities to learn and share your expertise through internal expert meetups, external conferences, speaking opportunities, and industry publications\n\nCompany-sponsored trips to Manila to meet and work with your team in person\n\nRegular team offsites, sports activities, and team events\n\nHigh-performing teams can earn a dedicated beach house week in Southeast Asia\n\nWe believe strong teams are built by people with different backgrounds, experiences, and points of view.
