You make sure our field teams get consistent, high-quality training, delivered on time, even as products and priorities change quickly.\nYou plan trainer capacity, manage workload, develop trainers' skills, and own the quality of training delivery and materials, improving them continuously through feedback and business performance data. The role sits within Partners & Distribution.\n\nWhat you will do\n1. Resource planning\nOwn a clear, transparent system for tracking trainer workload\n\nManage workload and plan training schedules\n\nTake on the more complex training tickets yourself\n\n2. Trainer team leadership\nHire and onboard trainers: define the profile of the trainer we need and spot the skills the team lacks, rather than just hiring someone to run sessions\n\nDevelop trainers' competencies, including facilitation skills and the ability to create learning materials to a set standard\n\nSupport team members while holding them accountable for quality and results\n\nCoach trainers and subject matter experts, and align learning priorities with operational performance gaps\n\n3. Delivery excellence\nStandardize facilitation practices and monitor consistency across trainers\n\nEnsure high-quality training delivery\n\nOwn the training tickets and make sure SLAs are met\n\nRun needs analysis and post-training effectiveness reviews\n\n4.
