We understand that while work is just one aspect of who we are, a truly inclusive culture accounts for the full authenticity of every single human being that works here. \nAbout the Opportunity\nSalsify is seeking a Managed Services Consultant to help enterprise customers achieve their business goals through ongoing operation and optimization of the Salsify PXM platform. You will manage multiple customer engagements, translate business needs into practical solutions, and execute the technical and operational work that keeps product content and syndication processes running effectively. This role calls for sound judgment, ownership, and the ability to build trust while working through complex customer challenges.\nWhat you will do\nOwn day-to-day delivery across multiple managed services customers, balancing planned work, recurring operations, and emerging priorities.\nUnderstand each customer’s goals, pain points, and operating context; recommend and implement solutions that improve their use of Salsify.\nConfigure and troubleshoot Salsify PXM and related retailer workflows, including complex or nonstandard requirements.\nSupport work involving retailer portals and the Global Data Synchronization Network (GDSN), coordinating issues through resolution.\nManage customer expectations, communicate progress and risks clearly, and propose workable alternatives when a request is outside scope or the initial approach is ineffective.\nDeliver services on time and within the agreed scope while maintaining a positive customer experience.\nPartner with internal teams, including Product, when needed to investigate issues, validate solutions, or pilot new service offerings.\nShare knowledge and continuously develop expertise in the platform, retailer processes, and customer use cases.\nWhat you bring\nAt least one year of hands-on experience with retailer portals such as Amazon Vendor Central, Target Partners Online, Home Depot IDM, or Walmart Supplier One.\nAt least one year of experience working with GDSN.\nAt least two years of experience supporting enterprise customers through the launch or ongoing operation of a platform.\nAbility to prioritize and deliver work for several customers at once with limited oversight.\nStrong problem-solving skills, including the ability to make sound decisions when requirements are incomplete and to adjust course when a solution does not work.\nClear customer communication, good judgment in managing scope, and the ability to handle difficult conversations constructively.\nPreferred qualifications\nAt least one year of direct experience with Salsify PXM.\nExperience piloting new service offerings or resolving complex custom configurations.\nExperience mentoring colleagues or sharing knowledge across teams.\n #LI-IA1 #LI-Remote\nAt Salsify, we maintain 3 core principles as part of our Compensation Philosophy:\nWe pay market rates, which are competitive and equitable\nWe pay based on performance and proficiency, not tenure\nWe adjust proactively; when the market moves, we do too\nThe posted compensation range reflects the base salary for this position.
