They’re a team of 60 people, split between London and the US.\nThe Role\nWe’re recruiting for a strategic, curious AI & CX Experience Designer to work across client projects and the CX practice - using AI to rethink how they understand customers, solve problems and design experiences.\nThis isn’t a traditional CX or product design role. It sits at the intersection of AI, customer experience, research, strategy and design. They’re not looking for someone who just uses AI to work faster - they want someone who treats AI as a genuine creative and thinking partner.\nOne week that might mean building an AI-enabled research workflow. The next, turning a large body of customer data into new experience opportunities, rapidly prototyping a future service, or helping a client rethink a customer or employee journey around agents and automation.\nOur client is a team of proactive problem solvers, constantly experimenting with what AI makes possible - testing new tools, challenging how they work, and finding better ways to solve problems for their clients. If you get excited by uncertainty, bring your own ideas, and want to help shape what comes next, we’d love to hear from you.\nThey’re especially keen to talk to people who are deeply immersed in tools like Claude and Gemini, and who are constantly experimenting with how AI can become a better thinking, research and design partner.\nWhat You’ll Do\nBuild reusable AI workflows and agents across research, strategy, experience design and prototyping\nTurn customer data and research into insight - spotting patterns, behaviours and new experience opportunities\nCreate and evolve CX outputs with AI, from journeys and blueprints to concepts, wireframes and future-state experiences\nRapidly prototype new experiences, turning ideas into tangible, client-ready journeys, services and interactions\nDesign for both human and AI behaviour - shaping how people and AI discover, interpret and interact with experiences\nRethink experiences for an AI-first world, exploring how customer journeys need to evolve as AI changes discovery, decision-making and brand interaction\nExperiment with emerging AI tools and techniques, turning what works into practical approaches teams and clients can reuse\nRaise the quality of the agency’s AI work - developing best practice, sharing learnings, and helping teams adopt new ways of working\nWhat You’ll Bring\nDeep, hands-on experience with Claude and Gemini, with a strong understanding of how different models behave and where they perform best\nA genuine curiosity for AI and a love of experimenting with new tools, workflows and approaches\nExperience creating prompts, workflows, agents or AI-enabled processes that go beyond simple content generation\nSystems thinking, and the ability to design repeatable frameworks rather than one-off outputs\nA solid understanding of customer experience, service design, research or human-centred design principles\nAn understanding of AI search and discovery (AEO)\nMost importantly, they’re looking for someone who gets excited about figuring out what AI can do next -
