You’ll be working at the intersection of AI, Data Engineering, Product, Architecture and Security, helping delivery squads navigate the unique challenges of AI product development, including experimentation, changing priorities, data readiness, governance and enterprise delivery standards.\nIf you enjoy driving delivery, removing blockers and enabling highly technical teams to deliver innovative solutions in complex environments, this is an exceptional opportunity.\nWhat You’ll Be Doing\nOwn and drive delivery health across one or more AI and Advanced Analytics squads.\nFacilitate Agile ceremonies while maintaining focus on predictable, high-quality delivery.\nPartner closely with Product Owners to build and maintain well-structured, prioritised backlogs.\nCoordinate dependencies across Engineering, Data Science, Architecture, Security and Business stakeholders.\nRemove delivery blockers and proactively manage delivery risks.\nSupport AI initiatives where experimentation, changing requirements and evolving data models are part of the delivery lifecycle.\nMonitor delivery health using Agile metrics and KPIs to improve transparency and delivery performance.\nPromote continuous improvement, strong team collaboration and psychological safety.\nCoach squads to increase Agile maturity while remaining focused on execution and delivery outcomes.\nWhat We’re Looking For\nStrong experience as a Scrum Master, Agile Delivery Lead or Technical Delivery Lead.\nA hands-on, delivery-focused mindset with a proven track record of getting complex initiatives delivered.\nExperience working with Engineering, Data, Cloud or AI delivery teams.\nComfortable operating in environments with changing priorities, experimentation and ambiguity.\nStrong stakeholder management skills across Product, Engineering, Architecture, Security and Business teams.\nExperience managing delivery risks, dependencies and enterprise governance.\nKnowledge of Agile metrics, delivery forecasting and continuous improvement.\nPSM I (or equivalent certification).\nNice to Have\nExperience delivering AI, Machine Learning, Data Engineering or Advanced Analytics initiatives.\nExperience in financial services or another highly regulated environment.\nFamiliarity with Azure DevOps, Jira and ServiceNow.\nWhy Join?\nYou’ll be helping deliver the next generation of AI-powered capabilities within one of Europe’s most innovative financial technology environments.
