Salt Talent Search is looking for a APAC Strategy and Program Manager for a 12 months extendable contract role. This role is with well know Technology client

What Will You Do:

• Partner with the strategy leader to operationalize the APAC growth strategy across six markets. Through strategic program management, you will help drive the operating rhythm that connects long-range priorities to action, maintains momentum across strategic initiatives, and ensures leaders have the insights needed to make decisions
• Partner with the strategy & market leaders to identify, evaluate, and prioritize growth opportunities across APAC. By combining external market intelligence with internal business analytics, you will generate the insights, evidence, and recommendations that inform strategic choices.
• Monitor macroeconomic, industry, customer trends across APAC, translating signals into implications for business
• Leverage clients market sizing frameworks, pressure test it for APAC, challenge assumptions, and identify emerging opportunities across the region.
• Analyze existing customer signals to understand where client is winning, where growth is constrained
• Integrate external and internal intelligence to identify the growth opportunities within each market and surface scalable ones that can be expanded across APAC.
• Apply AI-enabled approaches to continuously scan markets, automate research and analysis, uncover patterns across large datasets, and accelerate insight generation.

What Will You Need:

• 5-7 years in consulting, or in strategy & operations / strategic projects / business or commercial roles at technology companies.
• Strong analytical capability and fluency with AI: Able to rapidly synthesize information, form and test hypotheses, identify meaningful patterns, and develop clear, data-driven recommendations with strong attention to detail.
• Program management: able to drive operating rhythms, manage stakeholders and maintain momentum across cross-functional initiatives & workstreams.
• Proficient with Excel and PowerPoint; comfortable managing large data & visualizing insights
• Excellent written and verbal communication; able to work effectively with sales leaders across a multi-market region.
• Experience working across multiple markets, stakeholders and functions to influence outcomes without direct authority.
• Thrives in ambiguity with a bias for action, ownership, learning, and continuous improvement.
• Prior experience in working with GTM/Sales team.
