They are building a high-performing in-house agency designed to deliver bold, social-first, audience-led creative at scale.\nThe Role\nThis is a pivotal role sitting at the heart of a newly established in-house creative studio. You will act as the key interface between brand stakeholders and creative teams, leading the end-to-end delivery of integrated, multi-channel campaigns.\nFrom BAU through to exciting new campaign launches, you will help shape creative output across a portfolio of high-profile, nationally recognised products.\nKey Responsibilities\nManage the end-to-end delivery of multi-channel campaigns, from briefing through to production and final delivery\nAct as the primary point of contact between brand, creative, production and media teams\nTranslate client briefs into clear, actionable plans that drive impactful creative work\nOversee timelines, budgets, stakeholder feedback and asset delivery\nBuild strong relationships with internal teams and external agency partners\nLead campaign reporting, tracking performance and identifying optimisation opportunities\nSupport reactive and fast-turnaround content without compromising quality\nAbout You\nProven experience in an agency environment, ideally as a strong Account Manager ready to step up or an early-stage Senior Account Manager\nExperience delivering integrated campaigns across channels including social, OOH, radio, VOD or TV\nStrong understanding of the creative and production process end-to-end\nHighly organised, process-driven and confident managing multiple projects simultaneously\nAble to balance stakeholder management with creative judgement\nA proactive communicator with the ability to build trust across teams\nNice to Haves\nExperience working on retail or FMCG-style brands\nExposure to social-first campaigns or fast-paced content production\nUnderstanding of media playout and asset trafficking processes\nBenefits\nBonus scheme\nMatched pension contributions up to 8.5%\n26 days holiday plus additional leave and bank holidays\nPrivate medical cover\nWellness allowance and access to fitness and wellbeing support\nLife assurance and enhanced parental leave\nWhy would you want to join/do the job?\nYou will work on campaigns seen by millions across the UK, with tangible, real-world impact.
