Clinical Project Manager - eMAR Deployment

Ref: JO-2608-362697

  • Environment:

    Hybrid

  • Contract Type:

    Temporary

  • Starts:

    2026-08-31

  • Duration:

    6m rolling

We are currently looking for an experienced Clinical Project Manager to support the ongoing deployment of an eMAR (Electronic Medication Administration Record) system across a clinical/social care environment.

IMPORTANT: Previous hands-on eMAR project delivery/deployment experience is essential for this role. Unfortunately, we cannot consider applications from candidates who have not previously delivered an eMAR implementation or deployment.

The programme is currently mid-deployment, and we require a Project Manager who can quickly take ownership of key delivery activities while building strong relationships with nursing, care and technical teams.

The Role

You will be responsible for supporting the successful rollout and adoption of the eMAR solution, working closely with clinical and operational stakeholders throughout the deployment.

A major part of the role will involve engaging with nursing and frontline care teams, understanding their requirements and concerns, and building trust and confidence in the new system.

This is not a heavily technical Project Manager position. However, you will need a strong understanding of clinical technology and the ability to communicate effectively between technical teams and non-technical clinical users.

Essential Experience

  • Previous eMAR project delivery/deployment experience - ESSENTIAL
  • Proven Project Management experience within social care, healthcare or the NHS
  • Experience taking an eMAR implementation through deployment, rollout and user adoption
  • Strong stakeholder management experience, particularly with nursing and clinical teams
  • Excellent communication and relationship-building skills
  • Ability to build trust and confidence with frontline users
  • Good understanding of technical systems and implementation processes
  • Ability to join a programme mid-deployment and quickly get up to speed

Desirable Experience

  • Previous social care technology implementation experience
  • Experience with Camascope eMAR
  • Change management, training and user adoption experience within clinical environments

Please note: eMAR project delivery experience is a mandatory requirement. If you have not previously worked on the delivery or deployment of an eMAR system, please do not apply.

If you have the required eMAR experience and are available to start at short notice, please apply with your latest CV, availability and required day rate.

*Rates depend on experience and client requirements
