Consultant – Supply Chain

What you’ll do: Partner with clients to understand supply chain challenges and identify opportunities for improvement across end-to-end operations.

Support consulting engagements covering supply chain strategy, planning, procurement, logistics, manufacturing and operational excellence.

Facilitate workshops, stakeholder interviews and discovery sessions to gather business requirements and define future-state solutions.

Analyse business processes, identify operational gaps and recommend practical, data-driven improvements.

Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure successful project delivery.

Build trusted relationships with client stakeholders and contribute to long-term business partnerships.

Support business development activities by identifying opportunities to expand client engagements. What we’re looking for 2+ years of experience in Supply Chain Consulting or a combination of consulting and industry experience.

Strong domain expertise in one or more of the following: Supply Chain, Procurement, Planning, Manufacturing, Logistics or Operations.

Experience supporting business transformation, operational improvement or supply chain optimisation projects.

Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to simplify complex business challenges into practical solutions.

Excellent communication and presentation skills, with confidence engaging senior stakeholders and facilitating workshops.

A collaborative mindset with the ability to build strong relationships across clients and project teams.

Curious, adaptable and comfortable working in a fast-paced consulting environment where every project brings a new challenge. This role involves regular travel and working closely with clients on-site, offering exposure to diverse businesses and complex supply chain transformation programmes.
