This includes overseeing editorial direction, campaign storytelling, visual identity alignment and audience growth initiatives.\nYou’ll manage multidisciplinary creatives (internal and external), while partnering closely with marketing, partnerships and leadership teams to ensure output is culturally relevant, strategically aligned and commercially effective.\nKey Responsibilities\n* Define and deliver a clear creative and content strategy aligned to brand and growth objectives\n* Lead campaign development from concept through to execution across digital and physical touchpoints\n* Oversee editorial planning, storytelling frameworks and content production\n* Ensure visual and narrative consistency across channels\n* Collaborate with artists, creatives and external partners on culturally relevant projects\n* Manage and mentor a small in-house team and freelance network\nRequirements\n* Significant experience in senior creative and/or content leadership roles\n* Background within arts, culture, publishing, media or a related sector\n* Proven ability to balance brand storytelling with audience growth and engagement\n* Strong editorial instincts alongside visual and creative direction capability\n* Experience leading multidisciplinary teams and complex campaigns\n* High level of cultural awareness and creative judgement\nThis role will suit someone who has moved beyond pure editorial or pure creative direction and is looking for a position where both disciplines are equally valued.\nUp to £80,000 depending on experience.
