This role is ideal for someone who understands how content, UX, and product strategy come together to create intuitive and engaging digital experiences.\nThe Content Strategist will work closely with UX/UI Designers, Product Managers, Researchers, and client stakeholders to assess existing content, define content strategy, and shape how information is structured and presented across the redesigned experience.\nKey Responsibilities\nDevelop and execute content strategies for digital products and platforms, with a focus on redesign and transformation initiatives.\nConduct content audits and gap analyses to evaluate existing content and identify opportunities for improvement.\nDefine content hierarchy, information architecture, taxonomy, and navigation in partnership with UX teams.\nTranslate user needs and business objectives into clear, actionable content recommendations.\nCreate content models, frameworks, guidelines, and governance standards that can scale across a digital platform.\nPartner closely with UX/UI Design, Product, Research, and Development teams throughout the product lifecycle.\nUse research, analytics, and user insights to inform content decisions.\nPresent strategic recommendations and confidently communicate the rationale behind content decisions to clients and senior stakeholders.\nEnsure content is clear, consistent, accessible, and aligned with the overall user experience.\nIdeal Candidate\nProven experience as a Content Strategist within a digital, creative, or experience design agency.\nStrong experience working on website, product, or platform redesigns.\nUnderstanding of UX content strategy, information architecture, taxonomy, and content modelling.\nExperience conducting content audits and translating findings into strategic recommendations.\nComfortable working within multidisciplinary product teams alongside UX, UI, Product, Research, and Technology.\nStrong client-facing and presentation skills, with the ability to explain and defend strategic decisions.\nAble to balance user needs, business objectives, and technical considerations.\nExperience working in fast-paced, collaborative agency
