We’re partnering with an innovative fintech business building scalable technology and payments products across global markets. As the company continues to grow, they’re looking for an experienced Data Analytics Manager to lead their Business Intelligence and Analytics function.

This is an opportunity to own the entire journey from data warehouse to business decision. You’ll define how the business measures success, build trusted dashboards, establish visualisation best practices, and help leadership make faster, data-driven decisions.

What You’ll Be Doing:

• Own the analytics and BI function, transforming business questions into actionable insights.
• Lead and mentor a team of analysts and BI developers, fostering a high-performance culture.
• Define and govern business metrics, ensuring a single source of truth across the organisation.
• Design and deliver intuitive executive, operational and product dashboards that drive decision-making.
• Establish dashboard design, visualisation and reporting standards across the business.
• Partner with Product, Commercial, Finance, Growth and Executive stakeholders to understand priorities and influence strategic decisions.
• Ensure the accuracy, quality and integrity of all reporting and analytics delivered to the business.
• Drive self-service analytics and improve data accessibility across teams.
• Manage the BI platform, dashboard governance, access controls and reporting best practices.
• Champion a culture where decisions are backed by trusted data and measurable outcomes.

What We’re Looking For:

• 8+ years’ experience in Data Analytics, Business Intelligence or Analytics Engineering.
• Previous experience leading and developing Analytics or BI teams.
• Advanced SQL skills with the ability to validate and interrogate complex datasets.
• Expertise in at least one modern BI platform such as Looker, Tableau, Power BI, Sigma, Metabase or Superset.
• Strong dashboard design and data visualisation expertise with a passion for creating intuitive user experiences.
• Experience working within fintech, payments, retail or digital businesses.
• Excellent stakeholder management with the confidence to influence senior leadership.
• Knowledge of data governance, metric definitions and reporting best practices.
• Python or R experience is advantageous.
