The OpportunityThey are looking for someone who can manage end-to-end PPC and paid search campaigns, partnering directly with clients to develop, implement, and optimize performance strategies aligned to business KPIs. This role offers the opportunity to work in a collaborative, high-performance environment with international exposure and strong growth potential. Key Responsibilities Manage SEM and PPC campaigns across Google Ads, Meta, and Microsoft Ads.\nDevelop and execute performance strategies based on data analysis.\nOwn client relationships across North America.\nOversee tagging, tracking, and pixel implementation.\nEnsure data integrity across GA4, GTM, CRM and ad platforms.\nAnalyze performance and present strategic recommendations.\nCoach and support junior team members.\nMaintain QA processes and campaign documentation.
