This position is responsible for maintaining inventory accuracy, coordinating dispatch activities, managing warehouse locations, and ensuring stock availability aligns with shipping forecasts and customer requirements.\nKey Responsibilities\nInventory Management Process and record daily stock transfers from Production to Finished Goods.\nMaintain accurate inventory records within the Inventory Management System.\nManage warehouse bin and racking locations across multiple product ranges.\nEnsure all stock movements and delivery documentation are completed accurately and stored correctly.\nMaintain 100% inventory data integrity and stock visibility. Dispatch & Logistics Coordination Plan and coordinate the distribution of finished goods to domestic, international, and internal destinations.\nMonitor shipping forecasts and proactively prepare stock to meet shipment deadlines.\nCoordinate physical and system stock movements to ensure efficient dispatch operations.\nSupport logistics planning and fulfilment activities across multiple locations. Cross-Functional Collaboration Work closely with Production teams to monitor stock availability and production output.\nLiaise with Procurement to ensure packaging materials and auxiliary stock are available for upcoming shipments.\nAct as the link between Production, Procurement, and Logistics teams to ensure smooth operational flow.\nCommunicate inventory status and urgent priorities effectively across departments. Requirements Minimum 3 years’ experience in dispatch coordination.\nStrong experience using Inventory Management Systems, ERP, or WMS platforms.\nExperience managing inventory across multiple locations.\nKnowledge of logistics planning, freight, and shipping coordination.\nExperience optimising warehouse layouts, bin locations, and racking systems.\nExcellent planning, organisational, and communication skills.\nHigh attention to detail with a strong focus on accuracy.\nAbility to work proactively and manage competing priorities in a fast-paced environment.
