Forward Deployed Engineer (Permanent | USA | Remote + Travel)

Location: United States (preference for East Coast)

Work Authorization: Must be authorized to work in the U.S. without sponsorship

Travel: Frequent travel to client sites within the U.S. required (expenses covered)

Overview

Seeking a Senior Forward Deployed Engineer to build, deploy, and implement AI-driven solutions within enterprise environments. This role focuses on developing agentic platforms, LLM-powered applications, and scalable AI systems while working closely with client stakeholders and engineering teams to solve complex business challenges.

Responsibilities

• Design and build agentic platforms using Python and modern AI frameworks.
• Develop LLM orchestration solutions using frameworks such as LangGraph, CrewAI, AutoGen, and related technologies.
• Build multi-agent systems supporting tool use, workflow orchestration, memory, and decision-making.
• Design and deploy Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG) pipelines using enterprise data sources.
• Integrate AI platforms with APIs, data platforms, cloud services, and enterprise applications.
• Deploy and configure workloads across Kubernetes environments.
• Design deployment architectures across cloud, on-premise, and hybrid environments.
• Work directly with clients to understand requirements and deliver AI solutions.
• Collaborate with technical and non-technical stakeholders throughout engagements.

Requirements

• 8+ years of commercial software engineering experience at a senior level.
• Strong experience designing and building AI/ML solutions, particularly agentic systems.
• Proficiency in Python and modern AI frameworks.
• Experience with LLM orchestration, RAG pipelines, and enterprise AI applications.
• Experience integrating AI solutions with enterprise systems, APIs, and cloud platforms.
• Experience deploying applications using Kubernetes.
• Strong understanding of cloud, on-premise, and hybrid architectures.
• Strong consulting skills with experience delivering complex client engagements.
• Ability to work effectively in dynamic environments with evolving requirements.
• Strong communication skills with both technical and non-technical audiences.

Nice to Have

• Experience with Golang.
• Frontend development experience with React.
• Deep Kubernetes expertise.
