You’ll own projects from idea through production.\nResponsibilities: Design and build AI-first internal platforms.\nTranslate business challenges into scalable technical solutions.\nDevelop AI agents and workflow automation.\nBuild operational dashboards and internal tools.\nIntegrate AI with CRM, workflow, and third-party platforms.\nOwn architecture, implementation, deployment, and adoption.\nCollaborate directly with business stakeholders.\nDrive AI transformation across multiple teams.\nRequirements: Extensive Full Stack engineering experience.\nStrong Node.js and React (or similar).\nExperience building production AI applications.\nDeep understanding of LLMs, AI agents, orchestration, and prompt engineering.\nExperience with workflow automation platforms (n8n or similar).\nCloud experience (AWS, Azure or GCP).\nStrong API design and systems architecture experience.\nExcellent business acumen and communication skills.\nComfortable working independently with minimal direction.\nNice to Have: Startup or founding engineer experience.\nHubSpot integrations.\nBrowser automation.\nMongoDB.\nRestaurant, logistics or marketplace experience.
