This role involves working directly with clients across various industries to deliver system implementations, configurations, training, and advisory support.\nThe position plays a key role in ensuring accurate payroll execution, regulatory compliance, and effective adoption of HR and payroll systems, while continuously improving client processes and system performance.\nKey Responsibilities\nImplement and configure HR and payroll systems based on client requirements\nEngage with clients to gather requirements and translate them into system solutions\nFacilitate training sessions and provide user support and knowledge transfer\nManage end-to-end payroll processes, including statutory submissions and compliance\nEnsure adherence to HR and payroll legislation (PAYE, IRP5, IFRS, GAAP, GRAP, etc.)\nSupport system testing, issue resolution, audits, and process improvements\nAssist with solution scoping, proposals, and client presentations\nDevelop user guides, documentation, and training materials\nParticipate in product demonstrations and client engagements\nRequirements\nDiploma or Degree in HR, Payroll, IT, or related field\n3+ years’ experience in HR and/or payroll systems\nStrong understanding of payroll processes and legislative compliance\nExperience with ERP or HR systems (ITS Integrator or similar advantageous)\nStrong Excel and data analysis skills\nExperience in client training or system support\nKey Attributes\nStrong communication and client engagement skills\nConfident facilitator and presenter\nAnalytical and problem-solving ability\nAble to translate business needs into system solutions\nDetail-oriented with a strong compliance focus\nProactive, accountable, and delivery-driven\nWhy This Opportunity?\nThis role offers exposure to a dynamic client-facing environment where you will contribute to HR and payroll system transformation projects.
