The successful candidate will play a key role in modernising our end-user computing and infrastructure platforms, with a particular focus on migrating from ManageEngine MDM to Microsoft Intune.\nThis is a hands-on technical role requiring experience across cloud infrastructure, endpoint management, identity, security, automation, and project delivery.\nKey Responsibilities Design, implement and support Microsoft Azure infrastructure and cloud services.\nLead the migration from ManageEngine MDM to Microsoft Intune, including planning, testing, deployment and decommissioning.\nConfigure and manage Microsoft Intune for Windows, iOS, Android and macOS devices.\nDevelop and maintain device compliance policies, configuration profiles, security baselines and application deployments.\nManage Azure Active Directory (Microsoft Entra ID), Conditional Access, MFA and identity lifecycle processes.\nSupport Microsoft 365 services including Exchange Online, Teams and SharePoint.\nAdminister Windows Server environments, Active Directory, DNS, DHCP and Group Policy where required.\nImplement endpoint security using Microsoft Defender for Endpoint and Microsoft security best practices.\nAutomate infrastructure administration using PowerShell and Azure automation tools.\nMonitor infrastructure health, performance and security, proactively resolving issues.\nProduce technical documentation, implementation plans and operational procedures.\nWork closely with project teams, service desk and third-party suppliers to deliver infrastructure improvements.\nParticipate in infrastructure upgrades, disaster recovery planning and business continuity activities. Essential Skills & Experience Strong commercial experience as an Infrastructure Engineer or Senior Infrastructure Engineer.\nExcellent Microsoft Azure administration and engineering experience.\nProven experience designing and administering Microsoft Intune.\nDemonstrable experience migrating from ManageEngine MDM (Mobile Device Manager Plus) to Microsoft Intune, including successful decommissioning of the legacy platform.\nStrong knowledge of Microsoft Entra ID (Azure AD).\nExperience with Windows 10/11 endpoint management.\nMicrosoft 365 administration experience.\nExperience implementing Conditional Access, compliance policies and Zero Trust principles.\nWindows Server administration experience.\nPowerShell scripting and automation.\nKnowledge of Microsoft Defender for Endpoint and Microsoft security technologies.\nExperience with endpoint application packaging and deployment.\nStrong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.\nExcellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
