About You\nYou’re a proactive, creative communicator who loves connecting people to purpose. You thrive in a fast-paced, values-driven environment and are comfortable working directly with senior executives and diverse teams.\nEssential Skills & Experience 5+ years’ experience in internal communications, corporate affairs, or stakeholder engagement.\nOutstanding writing, editing, and storytelling skills, with the ability to adapt tone for executives, employees, and distributed teams.\nProven experience managing digital communication channels such as intranets, newsletters, or internal social platforms.\nStrong stakeholder and relationship-building skills - confident advising and influencing senior leaders.\nComfortable executing day-to-day content delivery. Desirable Experience within a distributed, multi-site, or franchise environment.\nFamiliarity with tools such as SharePoint, Viva Engage (Yammer), or similar platforms.\nExposure to change communication or employee engagement programs.
