What you’ll need 3-5 years in infrastructure support across Windows Desktop and Server environments

Solid Microsoft 365 experience - Azure, Intune, Teams Rooms

Networking know-how - switches, VoIP, LAN/WAN

Cloud technologies experience

Disaster recovery setup and configuration

1st and 2nd line support with SLA-driven ticketing discipline

Comfortable liaising with IT suppliers and ISPs

High attention to detail - you spot the typo in the config before it causes an outage Nice to have CompTIA A+, Network+ or Security+ certification

CCTV and access control configuration experience You’ll be joining a team that supports international organisations across multiple offices - no two days are the same, the problems are real, and the satisfaction of keeping everything running is very much earned.
