Advanced Excel is critical, including Pivot Tables, XLOOKUPs, conditional formulas, report building and working with large datasets.\nThe expectation is not simply to produce a report. The KAM needs to understand the numbers, identify what is driving performance, challenge assumptions where needed and turn the findings into practical recommendations for both clients and internal stakeholders.\nThere is also an operational element, working closely with Finance, Warehouse, Auctions and Marketing while overseeing vehicle pre-intake and a small customer service function to support the vendor and buyer experience.\nBackgrounds in insurance, automotive, used-car platforms, auctions, vehicle services, fleet, leasing or corporate account management would all be relevant.
