This is a one-year contract role based in Singapore.Key Responsibilities Support the APAC Law Enforcement in managing escalations from law enforcement agencies related to: Content reports\nData disclosure issues\nHacked accounts\nVerification of police accounts Manage and respond to inquiries from law enforcement regarding platform and operational matters.\nProgram manage internal follow-up actions arising from enhanced engagements with law enforcement partners.\nSupport the implementation and management of internet safety and security programs with external law enforcement agencies.\nPartner with internal cross-functional teams to resolve issues escalated by law enforcement partners.\nDrive operational workflow improvements and support process optimization initiatives.\nMaintain accurate tracking, prioritization, and assignment of incoming communications and cases.\nEnsure confidentiality and proper handling of sensitive information and documentation.\nBuild and maintain strong working relationships with both internal stakeholders and external law enforcement contacts.\nCommunicate professionally and effectively with internal and external partners on a daily basis. Requirements Prior experience working with law enforcement, investigations, compliance, trust & safety, or related operational environments.\nStrong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to distill insights and recommendations from data.\nExperience working in metrics-driven environments and supporting operational or technology improvements.\nExcellent verbal and written communication skills with strong attention to detail.\nStrong organizational skills with the ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities.\nAbility to build collaborative relationships across cross-functional teams.\nComfortable working in a fast-paced environment with shifting priorities.\nHigh level of professionalism, discretion, diplomacy, and confidentiality. Preferred Qualifications Experience working within technology, internet safety, trust & safety, legal operations, or platform integrity environments.\nFamiliarity with stakeholder management across regional or global teams.\nExperience managing escalations or sensitive operational issues.
