What you’ll bring 3+ years’ experience in a hands-on IT support or technical consulting role.\nPrevious MSP experience will be highly regarded.\nStrong Microsoft 365 administration experience, including Intune and SharePoint.\nExperience supporting Windows and macOS environments.\nNetworking experience with Cisco and/or Aruba technologies.\nMicrosoft certifications are highly desirable.\nExcellent troubleshooting, communication and client-facing skills.\nA proactive mindset with a passion for continuous learning and improving customer environments.
