Operational teams to ensure service excellence\nFollow ITIL processes including Change, Incident, Problem, and Root Cause Analysis\nManage automation tools in compliance with security and governance policies (e.g., CyberArk, ServiceNow)\nParticipate in on-call support (24x7x365) for OPSMVS, CA-View, and iDash-related issues Required Skills & Experience Strong knowledge of Mainframe systems and operations\nHands-on experience with: OPS/MVS (OPSMVS)\nCA-View and CA-Deliver\nREXX scripting\nJCL, ISPF, JES2, and z/OS Proven experience in mainframe operations and automation support\nStrong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills\nExcellent communication and stakeholder management abilities Desirable Skills Experience with I-Dash for CA7 administration\nBMC AMI Ops Automation\nBMC Control-M Output Management\nSplunk dashboard and alert development\nSAS knowledge\nWindows Server administration\nREST API integration\nFamiliarity with ServiceNow and ITIL processes\nKnowledge of
