The successful consultants will provide Tier 2 and Tier 3 support across enterprise networking environments while supplementing the existing permanent support team.\nThis role will primarily focus on resolving 1st line support escalations, while also contributing to strategic networking projects, including network design, implementation, automation, security, troubleshooting, optimisation, and ongoing management of local and wide-area networks, including Cisco ACI environments.\nThis is a hands-on engineering role suited to professionals with deep Cisco Data Centre expertise and strong operational support capability within complex enterprise environments.\nKey Responsibilities Provide onsite Tier 2 and Tier 3 network support during business hours\nSupport and resolve escalated 1st line networking incidents and service requests\nParticipate in infrastructure and network transformation projects\nDesign, implement, configure, and maintain enterprise network solutions\nSupport Cisco ACI environments and related Data Centre technologies\nAssist with network troubleshooting, optimisation, monitoring, and performance tuning\nContribute to network security, governance, and operational best practices\nDevelop and maintain technical standards, operational guides, and support documentation\nWork closely with internal infrastructure teams, vendors, and stakeholders\nSupport network automation, orchestration, and virtualisation initiatives\nAssist with WAN/LAN management and Data Centre networking operations Minimum Requirements Active Cisco Certified Internetwork Expert certification -
