exceptional Principal Project Manager to lead the replacement of a nationally used GP data quality, audit and reporting platform before March 2027.\nThis is a high-profile, politically sensitive transformation programme that underpins:\nGP contractual reporting\nNational audit submissions\nSecondary uses data flows\nVaccination cohort reporting\nAnalytics and performance insights\nYou will take full accountability for delivering a replacement product while ensuring continuity of service for GP practices and national stakeholders.\nThis is not a routine delivery role.\nThis is strategic, executive-facing transformation leadership.\nYou will:\nLead a complex, multi-stream programme comprising:GP Data Platform (in-house replacement)\nInformation Governance\nThird-Party Supplier management\nAnalytics & Reporting\n\nOwn the overarching programme plan and delivery roadmap\nDeliver a Proof of Concept in Q1 2026/27\nEnsure all current modules, reports and searches remain accessible\nManage executive-level governance and assurance forums\nLead risk, benefits realisation and budget control\nCoordinate operational and strategic stakeholder engagement\nPrepare board-level documentation and business cases\nEnsure a controlled transition into business-as-usual\nYou will operate at both operational and executive levels and act as the accountable programme
