Qualifications Native-level English fluency (spoken and written).\nAvailability during U.S. East Coast business hours (partial overlap acceptable).\n1-3 years’ experience in Customer Success, Partner Success, or Channel Support (ideally within MSP environments).\nFamiliarity with MSP operations and tools (RMM, PSA, ticketing platforms).\nStrong communication and relationship-building skills.\nAbility to manage multiple partner relationships and maintain structured outreach.\nModerate technical proficiency and understanding of software deployments and IT environments.\nInterest in SaaS, IT, or cybersecurity solutions. Preferred Attributes Empathetic listener who can translate partner needs into actionable feedback.\nHighly organised with strong follow-up discipline.\nComfortable collaborating across Sales, Support, Product, and Executive teams.\nExperience with CRM systems (e.g., HubSpot, Salesforce) and collaboration tools (e.g., MS Teams, Slack).\nConfident presenting at partner events or webinars.
