driving performance, managing execution, and ensuring everything runs efficiently behind the scenes.\nThis is part operator, part analyst, part team leader.\nYou’ll:\nOwn operational performance across assigned creators\nManage day-to-day execution within the paywall and sales function\nIdentify opportunities to improve revenue and conversion\nOversee pricing, positioning, and monetisation strategy\nManage and coordinate a remote operations team\nTrack performance data and report directly to leadership\nWho You Are\nYou’re not reactive -
