What We’re Looking For 15+ years of experience across Product Management, Digital Product or related disciplines.\n6-8+ years in senior product leadership roles such as Head of Product, VP Product, Group Product Director or equivalent.\n5+ years of experience in PropTech and/or FinTech, ideally within a scaling or technology-led business.\nProven experience leading multiple products/platforms and enterprise-scale portfolios from strategy through to measurable value.\nStrong track record of building and developing Product teams and establishing effective product operating models.\nStrong commercial understanding across business cases, investment decisions, ROI and value realisation.\nStrong understanding of AI and its application to modern product organisations.\nExcellent executive communication, stakeholder management and influencing skills.\nStrategic thinker who is also comfortable getting into the detail when required.\nHigh level of ownership, decisiveness and accountability, with a strong focus on measurable outcomes.
