With a strong social mission and an international footprint, the team is building scalable infrastructure that supports thousands of customers globally.\nThe Opportunity\nThis is not a maintenance role.\nYou will own and shape a live, high-volume remittance product operating across multiple markets, currencies, payout methods, and regulatory environments.\nYou’ll sit at the heart of the money movement engine - driving strategy, improving transaction success rates, expanding into new corridors, strengthening integrations, and continuously refining the end-to-end customer journey.\nIf you enjoy complexity, scale, and solving meaningful financial problems, this role gives you full exposure to:\nCross-border payments infrastructure\n\nMobile money and banking integrations\n\nCompliance and KYC frameworks\n\nConversion optimisation and funnel analytics\n\nMarket expansion strategy\n\nYou will work closely with engineering (frontend and backend), payments specialists, compliance, operations, and customer support to deliver a fast, intuitive, and highly reliable transfer experience.\nYour decisions will directly impact payout speed, reliability, customer trust, and commercial growth.\nWhat You’ll Be Driving\nImprovements to onboarding, transaction success rates, and payout speed\n\nExpansion into new corridors and payout partners\n\nReduced friction in the send journey through UX and flow optimisation\n\nScalable, resilient payments and settlement infrastructure\n\nStrong regulatory and risk alignment across markets\n\nData-led experimentation to improve conversion and retention\n\nRoot-cause analysis on failed or delayed transfers\n\nCompetitive positioning against global remittance leaders\n\nThis role requires strategic thinking, operational awareness, and the ability to move between high-level product vision and detailed execution.\nWhat We’re Looking For\n2-4 years’ Product Management experience\n\nBackground in payments, remittances, fintech, mobile money, or cross-border money movement\n\nStrong understanding of settlement flows, payments infrastructure, and compliance requirements\n\nExperience working across both frontend and backend product development\n\nComfortable using analytics to drive prioritisation and product decisions\n\nClear communicator who can align technical and non-technical stakeholders\n\nIf you’re looking for a product role where you own meaningful infrastructure, influence growth strategy, and build something that genuinely improves financial access -
