Project Coordinator (SaaS Learning Platform)

This is a fully remote, 12-month contract opportunity supporting customers through their implementation journey, from project kick-off through to go-live. You’ll play a central role in coordinating stakeholders, driving project activities, and ensuring customers receive a proactive, responsive, and world-class experience.

Key Responsibilities Coordinate customer onboarding, implementation, and go-live activities.

Serve as the primary point of contact for customers throughout project delivery.

Deliver training sessions and provide platform support.

Troubleshoot issues and manage escalations effectively.

Schedule meetings, track actions, and maintain project documentation.

Gather customer feedback and identify improvement opportunities.

Support customers in using platform analytics and reporting.

Collaborate with internal teams to ensure customer success. What you will bring: Minimum 2 years’ experience in Project Coordination, Project Management, Customer Success, Customer Support, or another customer-facing role supporting external clients or partners.

Experience working with SaaS platforms and remote collaboration tools such as Slack, Microsoft Teams, or Google Workspace.

Practical experience using project management tools such as Jira, Asana, Trello, Monday.com, or Notion (highly regarded).

Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

Strong stakeholder management and expectation-setting abilities.

Critical thinking and problem-solving skills with a customer-first mindset.
