For their clients, ticketing sits at the mission-critical core of the business, so when a client comes on board it’s usually replacing an incumbent platform as part of a wider digital transformation. They’re now hiring a Project Manager to own these enterprise onboarding projects end-to-end.\nThe role in brief\nYou’ll be the client’s single point of accountability from signed contract through to live operations - discovery, solution design, configuration, integrations, data migration, testing, training, cutover and hypercare. These are complex, high-stakes replacement programmes anchored to real-world deadlines (a season opening, a sailing schedule, a ticket on-sale date), with stakeholders ranging from operations teams to CIOs.
